Thank you Blogilates #thisisMYJuly day 2 work out for getting me back into shape.
& for making me throw up & super sore. >_<!!
Gotta start getting fit again sometime! Lol.
I would say that was a 10. For hardest cuz it just couldn’t get any harder than that.
HIIT! More like my body feels like its been HIIT by a train!! ;P
All the thanks and credit goes to Cassey Ho from Blogilates, who has inspired me and motivated me to be as fit and healthy as I am today.
I never thought I’d view myself from such a healthy state, and motivated to keep going and to stay fit. I never thought I’d fall in love with fitness, and running at that! Yoga and Pilates have always been a favorite, but I now perform and see them in a different light.
She also sells merchandise (yoga bags, mat slings, apparel) on her Ogorgeous website as well (as you can see in my picture above)
If you haven’t checked out Blogilates, I suggest you do. Some may not like it and some do, but for me it’s made all the difference in the past 2 years.
Can’t wait until I can be as toned as Cassey! Slowly but surely! ;D I WILL get there!
Getting all excited organizing my focused toning workouts to follow my cardio throughout the week.
Work it. Big thanks to Cassey Ho of Blogilates for all the inspiration, workout plans, and tips.
